Nick Murrish

I’m a professional graphic designer and illustrator based in Sacramento, CA. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from California State University, Sacramento in 2016 and have been working professionally in the field since 2015. My background has largely been shaped by corporate design roles, which have strengthened my skills in visual communication, consistency, and strategic problem-solving. While this experience has built a strong foundation, my true passion lies in more expressive work that embraces illustration, color, and a sense of playfulness.

Outside of design, I’m an active and outdoors-oriented person who enjoys playing basketball and golf whenever possible. At 35, I’ve also rediscovered a long-forgotten love for collecting Pokémon, vintage ’90s memorabilia, and classic video games—interests that often influence my creative perspective and visual style. I’m driven by curiosity, always looking to learn new tools and techniques, and I thrive when collaborating with other creatives to produce work that is both thoughtful and engaging.
